1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the EasyVET platform ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Service Description

EasyVET is a SaaS (Software as a Service) platform designed for veterinary practices, offering:

Appointment management system
Digital patient management
Automated SMS communication
Google Calendar integration
Reports and analytics
Inventory management

3. Eligibility and Registration

3.1 Eligibility

The Service is exclusively intended for:

Licensed veterinarians
Authorized veterinary practices and clinics
Their authorized staff

3.2 User account

To use the Service, you must:

Provide accurate and complete information
Maintain confidentiality of authentication data
Immediately notify of any unauthorized use
Update information when necessary

4. Acceptable Use

4.1 Permitted uses

Managing veterinary practice activities
Storing and processing patient data
Communicating with clients through platform features

4.2 Prohibited uses

It is strictly prohibited to:

Use the Service for illegal activities
Attempt unauthorized access to our systems
Distribute malware or harmful content
Violate intellectual property rights
Use the Service for spam or unsolicited communications

5. Subscription Plans and Payments

5.1 Available plans

Starter: For small practices (1 doctor)
Professional: For medium clinics (up to 5 doctors)
Enterprise: For large clinics (unlimited doctors)

5.2 Billing and payments

Payments are made monthly in advance
Prices are expressed in EUR, excluding VAT
Automatic billing via credit card or bank transfer
Non-payment may lead to service suspension

5.3 Trial period

We offer a 30-day free trial period for new users, without requiring credit card information.

6. Third-Party Service Integrations

6.1 Google Calendar

Google Calendar integration requires explicit authorization and complies with Google policies. Users can revoke access at any time.

6.2 SMS Services

SMS functionality uses authorized third-party providers. SMS costs are included in subscription plans according to specified limits.

7. Intellectual Property

EasyVET and all its components (code, design, logo, documentation) are the property of AB Solutions Romania. Users receive only a limited license to use.

8. Privacy and Data Protection

Data protection is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is an integral part of these terms.

9. Service Availability

We target 99.9% availability (SLA)
Scheduled maintenance may temporarily affect service
Advance notifications for planned interruptions
Technical support during business hours

10. Limitation of Liability

Important limitations: EasyVET cannot be held liable for:

Data loss caused by improper use
Third-party service interruptions (Google, SMS)
Medical decisions based on platform data
Indirect or consequential damages

11. Service Termination

11.1 Termination by user

You may terminate service use at any time by canceling your subscription from your account.

11.2 Termination by EasyVET

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate service in case of:

Violation of these terms
Non-payment of invoices
Abusive use of the platform
Legal requirements

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms. Significant changes will be communicated 30 days in advance via email and on the platform.

13. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Romanian law. Any disputes will be resolved by competent courts in Romania.
